First Consumers National Bank discontinued accepting new applications for it's former secured credit card program as of March 28, 2002. If you are looking for a secured credit card we have started to develop relationships with other banks that can offer you a similar secured card product. At this time you may wish to apply for a secured card to build or rebuild your credit through Orchard Bank or New Millennium.
