Economic Impact Payments
President Joe Biden signed into law the $1.9 trillion American Rescue Plan Act, which includes a third round of EIPs of up to $1,400 per eligible recipient. The IRS will begin distributing the third round of Economic Impact Payments with an effective date of this Wednesday, March 17. SBA PPP Loan Program
We are honored to support small businesses within our community through the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) from the U.S. Small Business Administration. To begin the progress, utilize our Paycheck Protection Program Portal. As always, our lending professionals are here to assist you every step of the way!
If your small business is interested in applying for a new PPP Loan, utilize our online application to help you calculate your eligible loan amount and submit all supporting documentation.
If your small business has received a PPP Loan, there are specific requirements you will need to meet in order to have your loan forgiven. To begin the forgiveness process, complete our online application.

Please continue utilizing our drive-thru banking services for normal transactions such as cashing checks, making deposits, withdrawals and transfers, obtaining cashier’s checks and money orders and general banking business.

Search for "FCNB Mobile Banking" in your app store and download for free. Use your current Online Banking ID and password. Inside the app, enroll in Mobile Deposit to deposit checks from anywhere.
Connect to your account balances, view transactions and transfer funds through Text Banking. Self-enroll through the Mobile Banking app or text ENROLL FCNB to 39257.
Touch Tone Banking
