Online Banking

Manage your money anytime with Online Banking. The following services are free to all customers:

  • View account balances and current activity
  • Transfer funds between accounts
  • Pay bills through Online Bill Pay
  • Download transactions and statements

  • Setup email and text alerts
  • Register for paperless e-statements
  • Communicate securely with personal bankers

 

Mobile Banking

With Mobile Banking, use your phone to check account balances, pay bills, view transactions, transfer money, deposit checks and find locations. Choose the option that works best for you:

  • Mobile App for iPhone, iPad and Android – Go to the application store for your phone, search for “FCNB” or “FCNB Mobile Banking” and download the free app. Gain immediate access to your accounts using your current Online Banking ID and password.
  • Mobile Web – Connect directly to the mobile version of our Online Banking for quick, easy-to-navigate account management features. Navigate to www.fcnbanks.mobi and log in using your current Online Banking ID and password.
  • Text Banking – Utilize text commands to request an account balance, see history or transfer money. To get started, text ENROLL FCNB to 1-855-326-2467. Online Banking enrollment is not required.
  • Mobile Deposit – Use your smartphone to securely deposit a check directly into your account. Within the FCNB Mobile Banking app, navigate to Mobile Deposit, snap a photo of the front and back of your check and click submit.
    • Limits, Timelines and Recommendations:
      • Up to 10 checks with an accumulated total deposit of $5,000 or less can be deposited per account in a calendar month period.
      • Deposited funds will be posted to the account after daily processing is complete.
      • Deposits made by 4:00 PM CST Monday through Friday will be available on the same business day.
      • It is recommended that you keep your check for 7 days. After 7 days, validate the correct amount has been deposited and destroy the check.
    • Deposit Guidelines:
      • Items that can be deposited
        • Checks made payable to the account owner or joint owners that have been properly endorsed with “Mobile Deposit Only” and the owner’s signature.
      • Items that cannot be deposited
        • Foreign checks
        • Bonds
        • 3rd party checks
        • Returned or re-deposited items
        • Rebate checks
        • May not be able to image Money Orders other than FCNB and Western Union

Debit Cards

Use your FCNB Debit Card anywhere VISA is accepted and at ATMs worldwide. Make shopping safe, secure and easy with the amount of your purchase deducted directly from your checking account. Debit cards are complementary for qualified accounts.

 

Show your school spirit with a FCNB School Spirit Debit Card. Free to any customer that has a checking account eligible for a debit card. By using your FCNB School Spirit Debit Card, your School District receives an annual donation, plus opportunities to support school organizations and projects throughout the year.

 

Fraud Protection – Your FCNB Debit Card is protected around-the-clock against debit card fraud with FraudWatch Plus. With industry leading technology, experienced fraud analysts work 24/7, watching for any suspicious card activity and will contact you immediately if they detect potential fraud on your card.

Lost or Stolen Debit Card – To report a lost or stolen debit card, call FCNB Bank during business hours at (573) 466-4180. After business hours, call toll free (888) 291-1458.


 

Mobile Payments

FCNB is registered to offer the three most notable mobile payment systems: Apple Pay, Google Pay and Samsung Pay. With these services you can use your mobile device to make payments at contactless point of sale terminals.

Apple Pay

To setup Apple Pay, add your credit or debit card to the Wallet app on your iPhone and you’re ready to go. To make a payment, place your iPhone, Apple Watch, Mac or iPad in close proximity to a point of sale terminal that accepts contactless payments or use online when available.

Download the Google Pay app, add your debit card and make purchases at merchants that accept contactless payments. This service is compatible with many Android phones, tablets or watches.

ATM Access

Use your FCNB Debit Card at ATM’s worldwide. Check account balances, withdraw funds, transfer between accounts and make deposits to your checking or savings. Fees may apply for use at non-network ATMs.


Touch Tone Banking

Automated account information anytime, anywhere using your touch tone phone.

To enroll in Touch Tone Banking:

  • Call 888-291-9328, press 1, then 3.
  • Enter your checking or savings account number.
  • Enter current PIN, which will be the last 4 digits of your SSN.
  • Change your PIN number.
  • You can now access account information.

For future access, enter your checking or savings account number and your PIN.
