Kelly Hohe
Since joining FCNB in June 2019, Kelly has served as Branch and Community Relations Officer, Assistant Branch Manager, Branch Manager, and Head of Digital Marketing and Community Relations, currently serving as Regional Vice President. She is a graduate of William Woods University receiving a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a major in Business Administration and a minor in Marketing in 2003, and a Master of Business Administration in 2006. With over nineteen years of experience in the financial, retail and sales industries, Kelly specializes in customer relations, staff management, product development, public relations, and marketing initiatives. She is active in the Rolla community through the St. Patrick’s Church and School, Rolla Chamber of Commerce, Wreaths Across America, Rolla Public Schools, and athletic programs and organizations.

Nathan Booker
Nathan began his career with FCNB Bank in 2014 and currently oversees commercial lending and market strategy at the Sullivan Financial Center. He is also a member of the bank’s Senior Loan Committee and Management Committee. He is a 2007 graduate of Steelville High School, received an Associate of Arts Degree from Three Rivers Community College, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a Marketing Emphasis from the College of the Ozarks. Nathan graduated with honors from the prestigious Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2024, receiving a Certificate of Executive Leadership from the Wisconsin School of Business Center for Professional and Executive Development. Nathan and his wife Megen reside in Sullivan with their three children Kynlee, Trevor, and Khori. He enjoys watching his kids participate in sports and spending time with family and friends.

Adam Housewright
With extensive banking and management experience, Adam has served with FCNB for thirteen years in the positions of market leader, loan officer, credit analyst, new accounts representative and teller, currently serving as SVP, Regional President. For five years, he has served as Community Bank President over the Rolla, Dixon and St. Robert markets for a local, community bank. Adam is a 2000 graduate of Steelville High School and attended Brigham Young University – Provo before serving a two-year mission term in Portugal for his church. In 2006, he graduated from the University of Missouri – Columbia with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Agricultural Systems Management and a minor in Agricultural Economics. In 2013, Adam completed the University of Madison – Wisconsin’s Graduate School of Banking program. As an active member of the community, Adam serves as the Treasurer for Rolla Youth Football, is a member of the Rotary Club of Rolla, serving as a Past President and Treasurer and a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, teaching an early morning seminary class to students 14-18 in the Rolla area. Adam currently resides in Rolla with his wife Kelly and their six children: Brody, 18, Brooke, 16, Cooper, 13, Parker, 11, Natalie, 8, and Griffin, 5. Being born and raised on a cattle farm, Adam has farming in his blood and enjoys being outdoors farming, hunting and fishing. He loves being with his family doing any activity that keeps them together, especially riding ATV’s, playing golf, basketball, baseball and pickleball with his kids.

Rosella Roberts
Rosella Roberts began her banking career with FCNB on June 15, 1964. Since then, Rosella has contributed to the growth and success of the bank, holding the positions of Teller, Supervisor, IRA Program Director, 401(k) Plan Administrator and Senior Vice-President. She graduated from the LSU School of Banking in 1986. In 1988, she started the highly successful Prestige Club, which serves customers ages 50 plus with their banking and travel needs. She was elected to the FCNB Board of Directors in 2002 and was inducted in the Missouri Bankers Association 50 Year Club in 2015. Today, she travels extensively, serves on many community boards and is an active volunteer with the Steelville Arts Council and Meramec Music Theatre.

Anita Agers-Brooks
Anita Agers-Brooks joined the FCNB Board of Directors in 2020. Anita motivates people to dynamic breakthroughs as an inspirational business and life coach, international speaker, and certified personality trainer. As an award-winning author, Anita educates and inspires people to make a difference and use their influence for a positive impact. She co-authored Death Defied, Life Defined: A Miracle Man’s Memoir with FCNB’s Chairman of the Board Paul Perkins. Her latest books are Exceedingly: Spiritual Strategies for Living on Purpose, with Purpose, and for an Abundant Purpose and Getting Through What You Can’t Get Over. Anita also hosts a popular podcast Tending Your Dreams that can be discovered on various podcast platforms or at tendyourdreams.com or anitabrooks.com. In her personal time, Anita enjoys walking, hula hooping, coffee dates with friends and family, Bible study, reading, writing, and inspiring people to fully live and enjoy their God-given purpose. Together, Anita and her husband of thirty-five years Ricky have two wonderful sons and four fantastic grandchildren. She loves to play with her grandkids, take long drives with her husband, and relax by the water.

Scott Gahr
Scott was elected to the FCNB Board of Directors in 2020. He is an active member of the community through business, organizational involvement and friendships. Scott owns and operates three trucking companies: St. James Transports LLC, Central Missouri Transports LLC and Central Missouri Transfer LLC. Scott and his wife Barb also own Gahr Truck & Equipment, Inc, an international Truck and Engine Corporation and Cummins Diesel Dealership, and Gahr Outdoor Superstore, which offers lawn and garden equipment dealer for Ferris, Husqvarna and STIHL. Scott is a member of the First Church of God and has served as the past Chairman of the Church Council. Scott has also served two three-year terms as a school board member for the St. James R-1 School District. Scott and his wife Barb reside in St. James and together have five children and fourteen grandchildren.

John W. Perkins
John was elected to the FCNB Board of Directors in 2015. He is a 1966 graduate of the University of Missouri – Rolla (Missouri S&T) and is a Vietnam War veteran. Following his military service, John had a lengthy career as an intelligence officer and served in many overseas locations. After retiring from his governmental duties, he worked as an executive director for Northrup Grumman Corporation and is currently a Vice-President for MELE Associates in Rockville, MD. Together with his wife Robbie, they have three grown children and six grandchildren. John and Robbie reside in Rolla, MO.

John Hewkin
John became a FCNB Board of Directors member in 2009 representing the Cuba and Sullivan communities. John was raised in Cuba and graduated from Cuba High School in 1979. He attended East Central College in Union and was a member of the basketball team. After marrying Lynne Meadows, the couple moved to St. Louis while John attended the St. Louis College of Pharmacy. After graduating, they returned to Cuba and purchased Towne Pharmacy from Larry Davis in 1987. In 1994, John and his partners started Mid-Missouri Infusion, a home medical equipment company. In 1995, the business was purchased by Rotech Medical and John remained on staff, managing eleven locations. In 2001, he returned to Towne Pharmacy and later purchased the Medicine Cabinet Pharmacy in Sullivan in 2009. In 2013, he sold Towne Pharmacy to the Sinks Pharmacy Group and then sold the Medicine Cabinet to the Clarks Pharmacy Group in 2014. John was elected as Missouri State Representative for District 120 (Crawford & Phelps County) in November 2024 and is currently serving his first term in the Missouri House of Representatives. He serves on the financial, insurance, elementary & secondary education and professional registration & licensing committees. He is also an investor in the Sullivan Country Club. John and his wife, Lynne, reside in Sullivan and have four children and nine grandchildren. John and Lynne attend Temple Baptist Church in Sullivan.

Herbert J. Baumann
Herbert became a FCNB Board of Directors member in 2005 representing the Eureka, St. Louis and surrounding areas. Herbert is the President of Baumann Property Company, Inc, a company that he founded 28 years ago specializing in real estate investment and management. He is also owner of West County Contracting and Maintenance, as well as several real estate investments in St. Louis and Southern Illinois. Herbert resides in Ballwin and has two grown children and two grandsons.

James D. Cottrell
Jim became a FCNB Board of Directors member in 1999 representing the Steelville and Cherryville area. Jim serves as the past President of the Crawford Electric Cooperative, a Director of Show Me Power and as President of the Ozark Trail Blazers Association. He also owns and operates Cottrell Farms. Jim resides in Cherryville with his wife, Joyce. They have two children, Lance Cottrell and Shannon Harmon, two granddaughters and one grandson.
